About Vicki

Recruitment is personal.
So am I.

Behind every vacancy is a business with plans.
Behind every CV is a person with ambitions.
I make time to understand both.

The person behind VM

Hi, I’m Vicki.
Your recruitment partner.

At VM Talent Solutions, you have direct access to experienced, flexible recruitment support.

Over more than 20 years, I’ve worked across agency recruitment and in-house talent acquisition, including senior in-house roles. That experience lets me see the whole picture: finding people, supporting hiring managers and making recruitment work within a business.

My experience spans sectors, with particular knowledge of food and manufacturing. Whether you need one permanent hire or someone alongside your team on a regular basis, I shape the support around the work that needs doing.

There’s one point of contact: me. We start with a conversation, agree what you need and take it from there.
