About the website

Recruitment services and prices
Website descriptions introduce the services available. They do not themselves create a recruitment agreement, guarantee a placement or promise a particular outcome. Permanent recruitment and embedded talent acquisition are subject to separately agreed scope and terms.
The standard permanent recruitment fee is 15% of the successful hire’s starting salary, with no upfront recruitment fee and no hire, no fee. Embedded support starts from £1,600 per month for one day a week focused on one agreed vacancy. More vacancies, additional time or a wider remit require an individually agreed package. Scope, time commitment, tax treatment, payment terms and any rebate or replacement arrangements are agreed directly with Vicki before work begins. The support-budget planner multiplies the starting monthly fee by the selected number of months. It is a budget illustration, not a quote or a promise that a vacancy will be filled within that period.
Enquiries and appointments
Preparing an email does not send a message automatically or reserve an appointment. Review and send an email in your email application. A Calendly booking is established by its confirmation; meeting location, changes and cancellation instructions appear in the booking process or confirmation.
WhatsApp and external links open separate services. VM Talent Solutions’ website does not control their availability, content or privacy settings. See the privacy information and cookie policy before using embedded services.
Using the site
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious material or impersonate another person. Please use the application link on an advertised role to submit a CV. Avoid sending sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the information useful, but website content and availability may change. Contact Vicki to confirm details that affect a recruitment decision. Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website content and credit
The logo, photographs, written content and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licences. The “Website by SimpleDMS” footer acknowledges the website’s design and development; recruitment enquiries remain directed to VM Talent Solutions.
