How much time would we need?
The starting package provides one day a week focused on one agreed vacancy. The time needed depends on the role and your hiring plans. If you need more days or support across several vacancies, Vicki will agree a tailored scope and fee with you.
Is the monthly price fixed for every business?
No. The starting price of £1,600 per month covers one day a week focused on one agreed vacancy. Additional vacancies, more time or a broader remit need an individually agreed package.
Does a month of support guarantee a hire?
No. You are paying for dedicated recruitment time and the agreed scope of work. Progress depends on the role, the candidate market and your hiring process. Vicki will keep you informed and discuss any further support you may need.
We only need to fill one role. Is this for us?
Yes. Embedded support can focus on one agreed vacancy. If you prefer a success-based fee, permanent recruitment may be a better fit. Vicki will help you choose the right approach.
