Who to contact

What this website does with information
Browsing and privacy choices
The website’s code contains no advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Fonts, the logo and photographs are served with the website. The cookie-settings control stores your calendar choice and its dates in your browser for up to 180 days. See the cookie policy for the exact storage used.
Preparing an email
The enquiry form prepares an email in your browser. It uses your name, email, optional company name, enquiry topic, message and any preferred call time. These details are not sent to a website enquiry server or saved in browser storage. You choose whether to open your email application and send the draft. Once sent, the message is processed by your email service and VM Talent Solutions’ email service.
Bookings and external services
The Calendly diary opens automatically on the booking page unless you have chosen to hide it. A saved hide choice is respected for up to 180 days. Loading it connects your browser to Calendly, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Information you enter in the diary is processed through Vicki’s booking account. Calendly provides its own privacy and cookie controls; displaying the diary does not accept its optional advertising or analytics cookies on your behalf. Read Calendly’s privacy notice.
A direct Calendly link opens that service separately. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp; no WhatsApp widget or tracking script is installed here. You choose whether to send a message there. Telephone and email links open your chosen application. Those services’ terms and privacy settings apply after you open them.
The website does not automatically copy Calendly bookings or WhatsApp messages into a CRM. Outlook calendar and Teams integrations depend on Vicki’s booking-account settings.

Candidate applications through Manatal
VM Talent Solutions uses Manatal for recruitment records. The “Find a role” page automatically requests its public vacancy feed when you open the page. This connects your browser to Manatal’s API, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details. The request does not send stored credentials or this page’s URL. See Manatal’s privacy policy.
This website displays vacancy titles, locations and descriptions in its own layout. It does not load Manatal’s website inside an embedded frame or run Manatal’s tracking scripts. Search and location filters work in your browser; your searches are not saved or sent to Manatal.
“Apply for this role” opens the relevant application on VM Talent Solutions’ Manatal careers page in a new tab. Applications, including any CV you choose to upload, are submitted through Manatal to VM Talent Solutions. Its privacy and cookie controls apply there. This website does not create a separate candidate database or store a copy of your application. Employer enquiries, Calendly bookings and WhatsApp messages are not automatically synchronised with Manatal by this website.
Candidate information and retention
The general enquiry form is not a CV upload or job-application form. Use the Manatal careers page for advertised roles. Please avoid sending health information, identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form. Contact Vicki if you have questions about a CV, a candidate record, consideration for future roles or sharing information with prospective employers.
For information about how long an enquiry, booking or candidate record is kept, or to request its deletion, contact Vicki. The browser’s 180-day calendar preference applies only to that display setting; it is not a retention period for recruitment records.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, or receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights have conditions and exceptions.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing. Contact Vicki using the details above. This website has no marketing sign-up and does not make automated hiring decisions.
You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not have to contact VM Talent Solutions first.
